Event Summary: In its 23rd year, The Art Show at BA is the longest-running most respected art show in Williamson County -- the highest-ranking county in Tennessee by per capita income. This eagerly anticipated, three-day event attracts more than 2,000 attendees annually who have come to appreciate the high-quality fine art for sale at the show. Conveniently held before the holidays, many people use this event as an opportunity to purchase unique, one-of-a-kind gifts beyond shopping for themselves.  The upscale Marketplace features local boutiques -- unique gift items, clothing and jewelry.

General Information: Brentwood Academy strives for each artist to have an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Friendly volunteers will be available to help transport artists' artwork to booths on set-up day.  All artists will be able to move in and set up on Friday of the show from 9:00AM - 3:00PM.  The Art Show at BA provides complimentary snacks and drinks for artists throughout the event. In addition, artists can expect lunch Friday and Saturday. Private security is provided during each day of the event, including after show hours.  Artisans are expected to be present during show hours. Buyers enjoy meeting the artisans and engagement with the guests is a major selling point of the show. 

Marketplace Booth Information: Single Booth Fee is $125 + 10% of total sales.  Each booth space is 10' x 10' separated on three sides by pipe and drape and includes one table with additional tables available for $25 each. Additional booths are also available. Electricity outlets are included in the booth fee; however, lights must be LED. Artisans should give careful consideration to the merchandising of booth space. Typically, artisans bring burlap, paper or other material along with shelving or other items to display their pieces and enhance the appearance of their booths. Also, easels and bins help increase sales space. Items should not extend into walkways; it is acceptable to have one chair outside of the booth. The Art Show at BA provides artisans with booth signs and name tags.

Publicity: The Art Show at BA publicizes the event in the Brentwood/Nashville area with advertising and targeted direct mail, along with an active social media/email campaign. Over 20,000 unique individuals are reached through an extensive paid social media advertising campaign. Direct mail invitations are sent to 9,000 households and 6,000 households receive the BA Triangle Magazine via direct mail which advertises the show. Additionally, artists are encouraged to publicize the event through their own Facebook, Instagram or Twitter accounts, and to like/follow/share The Art Show at BA page and posts.
